Equity Environmental Scanning Tool (EEST)
The ACCESS+ Equity Environmental Scanning Tool (EEST) is a comprehensive DEI professional society self-assessment tool that helps societies assess and benchmark their intersectional DEI efforts, discern strengths, and identify areas for attention. The EEST is at the heart of the ACCESS+ theory of change to promote STEM society DEI culture reform.
ACCESS+ is excited to offer the EEST for free under a Creative Commons license (CC BY-NC-SA). To help societies complete the self-assessment, ACCESS+ is also offering a a one-page overview of the EEST and a detailed guidance document.
