Spring 2022 Convening

The ACCESS+ Spring 2022 Convening will be held as a pre-conference session at the Equity in STEM Community Convening, where DEI researchers, practitioners, and change agents join to share the latest research, promising practices, and ideas for change. The Convening, hosted by WEPAN and its ARC Network initiative, will take place on Tuesday, May 31, 2022 in Washington, D.C. at the Marriott Marquis.

ACCESS+ encourages all participants to stay through June 3, 2022, for the full Equity in STEM Community Convening where there will be specific sessions focusing on DEI efforts of STEM professional societies.

The ACCESS+ travel and reimbursement policy covers travel dates for both the ACCESS+ Spring 2022 Convening and the Equity in STEM Community Convening for two representatives from each member society. It also covers registration for the Equity in STEM Community Convening for two representatives from each society.
