I wanted to continue the discussion on how to support DEI efforts in STEM, particularly in developing best practices.
What is a strength of your Professional Society when it comes to DEI work?
Our society has a longstanding commitment to career development of URM and PEER groups in the field of pharmacology.
What is one DEI resource you’d like to share?
Our ASPET Mentoring Network, which is based on the coaching model of mentoring in STEM developed by Rick McGee and Veronica Womack and the Scientific Careers Research and Development Group at Northwestern University.
